  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten free flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Make three wells in the dry ingredients and add the vanilla, vinegar, and vegetable oil into each well.
  4. Pour the water over the entire mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool before serving.
