- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten free flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Make three wells in the dry ingredients and add the vanilla, vinegar, and vegetable oil into each well.
