Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened coconut oil and powdered sugar until creamy.
  3. Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the gluten-free flour, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
