- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, brown sugar, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
- Add the molasses, softened butter, and egg to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut out shapes using cookie cutters and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are firm.
- Let the cookies cool before decorating as desired.
