- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Make a small indentation in the center of each cookie and fill it with caramel sauce.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
