Delicious and healthy sliders made with ground turkey and cranberry sauce, perfect for a gluten-free diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Gluten-free slider buns
  • Fresh spinach or lettuce for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cranberry sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into small patties.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
  4. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing the turkey patties on gluten-free buns and topping with fresh spinach or lettuce.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
