- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cranberry sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into small patties.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
- Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.
- Assemble the sliders by placing the turkey patties on gluten-free buns and topping with fresh spinach or lettuce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
