- 1 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- Chopped green onions for garnish
