A delicious twist on traditional nachos using gluten-free ingredients.

  • 2 cups gluten-free tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the gluten-free tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Layer the cooked ground beef or turkey over the chips.
  4. Sprinkle the black beans and diced tomatoes on top.
  5. Add the shredded cheese evenly over the entire dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with jalapeños, sour cream, guacamole, and green onions.
