Ingredients

  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the gluten-free tortellini according to package instructions.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
