Deliciously rich and fudgy brownies infused with the classic flavors of tiramisu, all while being gluten-free.

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brewed espresso, cooled
  • 1/4 cup mascarpone cheese
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
  3. Add maple syrup, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in the cooled espresso until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the brownies cool completely before adding a layer of mascarpone cheese on top.
  8. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, increase the amount of espresso.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
