  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup fruit jam (your choice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Use your thumb to create an indentation in the center of each ball.
  6. Fill each indentation with your choice of fruit jam.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
