Delicious and fluffy gluten-free cinnamon rolls soaked in three types of milk for a rich and indulgent treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup dulce de leche
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  6. Spread the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture over the dough, then drizzle with dulce de leche.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  8. Place the rolls in the greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  9. In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk.
  10. Once the rolls are baked, pour the milk mixture over them and let soak for 10 minutes.
  11. Serve warm and enjoy!
