- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture over the dough, then drizzle with dulce de leche.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place the rolls in the greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk.
- Once the rolls are baked, pour the milk mixture over them and let soak for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
