Delicious and crispy gluten-free tater tot appetizer cups perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Arrange the gluten-free tater tots in a muffin tin, pressing them down to form cups.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheese and bacon (if using) into each cup.
  5. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  6. Top with green onions, sour cream, and salsa before serving.
