Delicious and fun Oreo truffles shaped like footballs, perfect for your tailgate party.

  • 1 package gluten-free Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • White chocolate for decorating

Instructions

  1. Crush the gluten-free Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into small football shapes and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  7. Place the coated truffles back on the baking sheet and let them set.
  8. Once set, use melted white chocolate to decorate the truffles with laces to resemble footballs.
