A creamy and healthy tahini dressing perfect for coleslaw and salads, ideal for spring picnics.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup water (adjust for desired consistency)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine tahini, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Add water gradually to reach your desired dressing consistency.
