- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the black beans, corn, and taco seasoning to the skillet and mix well.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips, followed by half of the beef mixture, half of the salsa, and half of the cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
