  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Add the sliced kielbasa and pineapple chunks to the bowl, tossing to coat them in the glaze.
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the kielbasa is heated through and caramelized.
