- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon evenly over the dough.
- Fold the dough in half and cut into strips.
- Twist each strip and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
