A delicious and recipe for gluten-free sweet chili meatballs made in a crockpot.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, gluten-free breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, sweet chili sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs in the crockpot.
  4. Pour the additional sweet chili sauce over the meatballs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
