A delightful and easy-to-make gluten-free treat perfect for spring gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups gluten-free rice cereal
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup strawberry cake mix
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, measure out the gluten-free rice cereal and set aside.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the rice cereal and gently mix until all pieces are coated.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix and powdered sugar.
  5. Once the cereal is coated, add it to the bowl with the cake mix and powdered sugar, and toss until evenly coated.
  6. Finally, sprinkle the crushed freeze-dried strawberries over the mixture and toss again.
  7. Spread the puppy chow on a baking sheet to cool before serving.
