- In a large bowl, measure out the gluten-free rice cereal and set aside.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the rice cereal and gently mix until all pieces are coated.
- In a separate bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix and powdered sugar.
- Once the cereal is coated, add it to the bowl with the cake mix and powdered sugar, and toss until evenly coated.
- Finally, sprinkle the crushed freeze-dried strawberries over the mixture and toss again.
- Spread the puppy chow on a baking sheet to cool before serving.
