Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
