  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
