Delicious and easy-to-make gluten-free strawberry brownies perfect for spring desserts.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before cutting into squares.
