Delicious gluten-free croffles filled with strawberries and Biscoff spread.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Preheat the waffle maker and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour a portion of the batter into the waffle maker and close the lid.
  6. Cook until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove the croffle and spread Biscoff on top.
  8. Add sliced strawberries on top of the Biscoff spread.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure to use certified gluten-free flour.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
  • These croffles are best served fresh.
