- 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup melted butter (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Preheat the waffle maker and lightly grease it.
- Pour a portion of the batter into the waffle maker and close the lid.
- Cook until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the croffle and spread Biscoff on top.
- Add sliced strawberries on top of the Biscoff spread.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
