A delicious and recipe for sticky-sweet garlic chicken served over gluten-free rice noodles.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 8 oz gluten-free rice noodles
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together gluten-free soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Marinate the chicken pieces in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cook the gluten-free rice noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  4. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  5. Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Stir in the remaining marinade and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  7. Serve the sticky-sweet garlic chicken over the cooked rice noodles.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
