A delicious and healthy gluten-free steak zucchini bowl perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or flank), sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup creamy sauce (your choice)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak slices with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until desired doneness.
