A delicious and easy-to-make gluten-free steak stromboli, perfect for spring dinners and savory snacks.

  • 1 lb gluten-free pizza dough
  • 1 lb flank steak, cooked and sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the gluten-free pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft.
  4. Spread the cooked steak, sautéed vegetables, and mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and seal the edges.
  7. Place the stromboli on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
