Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the gluten-free flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Fill a cookie press with the dough and press cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
