A refreshing and healthy salad perfect for spring, featuring fresh peas and mint.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
