Gluten-Free Spicy Tofu with Creamy Coconut Sauce

A delicious and spicy tofu dish served with a creamy coconut sauce, perfect for a gluten-free meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cubed tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the sauce over the tofu and stir to coat.
  5. Add coconut milk and lime juice, simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
