  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the gluten-free noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, sesame oil, and minced garlic until smooth.
