  • 4 gluten-free sandwich buns
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, chipotle sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture.
  3. Cook the eggs, stirring occasionally, until they are scrambled and cooked through.
