- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Coarse sea salt (for topping)
