A delicious twist on the classic s’mores, made gluten-free for everyone to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the gluten-free graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
  5. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container.
  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • Feel free to add nuts or other toppings as desired.
