- 1 cup gluten-free graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the gluten-free graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
- Sprinkle the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
