- 1 1/2 cups gluten free graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Press half of the cookie dough mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Layer the marshmallow fluff evenly over the cookie base, then sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
- Take the remaining cookie dough and crumble it over the chocolate chips.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy your delicious gluten free dessert!
