A delicious and -to-make gluten-free dessert that combines the flavors of s’mores and cheesecake in a creamy dip.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed gluten-free graham crackers
  • Mini marshmallows for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, marshmallow fluff, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and crushed gluten-free graham crackers.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and top with mini marshmallows.
  5. Serve with additional gluten-free graham crackers or fruit for dipping.
