- 2 gluten-free tortillas
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pickles
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one gluten-free tortilla in the skillet.
- Layer half of the cheese on the tortilla.
- Add the cooked ground beef, onions, tomatoes, pickles, mustard, and ketchup.
- Top with the remaining cheese and place the second tortilla on top.
