Delicious and easy-to-make quesadillas featuring gluten-free ingredients and a smashburger twist.

Ingredients

  • 2 gluten-free tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup pickles
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one gluten-free tortilla in the skillet.
  3. Layer half of the cheese on the tortilla.
  4. Add the cooked ground beef, onions, tomatoes, pickles, mustard, and ketchup.
  5. Top with the remaining cheese and place the second tortilla on top.
  6. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then carefully flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
