- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add the corn, diced tomatoes, and red onion on top of the chicken.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, feta cheese, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
