A creamy and delicious dip made with spinach and artichokes, perfect for parties and gatherings, and made in a slow cooker.

  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the artichoke hearts, spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  4. Serve warm with gluten-free crackers or vegetables for dipping.

Notes

  • Make sure to thoroughly drain the spinach to avoid a watery dip.
  • This dip can be made ahead of time and reheated in the slow cooker.
  • Feel free to add more cheese for a cheesier dip.
