- Place the corned beef brisket in the slow cooker.
- Add the chopped cabbage, sliced carrots, diced potatoes, and chopped onion on top of the beef.
- Pour the beef broth over the vegetables and beef.
- Add the mustard seeds, black peppercorns, bay leaves, and salt.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Remove the beef, slice it, and serve with the vegetables and broth.
