A healthy and delicious dip made with spinach and artichokes, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with gluten-free crackers or vegetables.

Notes

  • For a creamier dip, add more Greek yogurt or cream cheese.
