A creamy and flavorful shrimp bisque that is gluten-free, perfect for seafood lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cups seafood stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in paprika and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  5. Pour in the seafood stock and bring to a simmer.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Blend the bisque until smooth, then return to heat to warm through.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
