A delicious and easy gluten-free sheet pan pizza recipe perfect for spring gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Your choice of toppings (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Spread the dough evenly onto a greased sheet pan.
  5. Spread pizza sauce over the dough.
