  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 1 1/4 cups warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve the sugar and yeast in warm water. Let it sit until frothy, about 5-10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, salt, and mixed seeds.
  3. Add the yeast mixture, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Let it rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
