Deliciously chewy blondies with a sweet and salty twist, perfect for gluten-free dessert lovers.

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup pretzel pieces
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the pretzel pieces and half of the salted caramel sauce.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  8. Drizzle the remaining salted caramel sauce on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
