- 12 large mushrooms
- 8 oz crab meat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix together the crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
