- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg, vanilla extract, and red food coloring to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in the Nutella until evenly distributed.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
