Deliciously rich and fudgy gluten-free red velvet brownies that are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and red food coloring.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before cutting into squares.
