- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, powdered sugar, softened butter, almond extract, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Take a small amount of dough and flatten it in your palm.
- Place a small teaspoon of raspberry jam in the center and fold the dough around it to form a ball.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
