Delicious and -to-make gluten-free puff pastry pizza bites, perfect for a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 package gluten-free puff pastry
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the gluten-free puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares, about 3×3 inches.
  4. Place a spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each square.
  5. Add mozzarella cheese and a few slices of pepperoni on top of the sauce.
  6. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create a pocket.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
