A delicious and healthy gluten-free pizza alternative made with cottage cheese.

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, gluten-free flour, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
