  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add the olive oil and water, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Cut the dough into rectangles, about 3×4 inches.
  6. Place a spoonful of pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni on one half of each rectangle.
  7. Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
  8. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
